Exchange & Return Policy – SANA Care
At SANA Care, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within seven days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the product, within a maximum of seven business days.
You may also request an exchange within seven days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. The exchange can be made for another product of your choice, with any price difference to be paid or refunded accordingly.
Discounted items or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are defective or damaged. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange or return.
